NAOS (Nippon Airport Operation Service Co., Ltd), a Ground Handling Company
was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Narita City, we currently operate at
four major Japanese airports (NRT, HND, KIX, CTS) with approximately 120 staffs
supporting passenger handling service through trusted partners.
Starting in October 2025, we have launched our own ramp handling operations at
Narita Airport and Kansai Airport. This enables us to deliver high-quality passenger
and ramp handling services while further expanding our business and enhancing
operational flexibility. We will continue to meet diverse needs with precision while
delivering safety and trust. Guided by an experienced aviation industry CEO, our
dedicated professionals work with expertise and commitment every day. We are
