As a Supervisor of airport ground operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing ground staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key responsibilities include:
โข Managing staff schedules and providing operational instructions
โข Supervising passenger service operations, including check-in, boarding gate procedures, and arrival services
โข Handling irregular operations and coordinating with relevant departments
โข Training and mentoring new and existing staff, including OJT (On-the-Job Training)
โข Maintaining and improving service quality and safety standards
โข Communicating and coordinating with airlines and related departments
โข Preparing reports and performing basic administrative tasks
๐ซ Qualifications
โข Graduate of a vocational school, college, or higher
โข Previous experience in airport passenger service operations
โข Experience serving in a supervisory or leadership role with responsibility for any of the following:
- Departure Control Supervisor (DC)
- Gate Control Supervisor (GC)
- Arrival Service Supervisor (AS)
