🛫 Job Responsibilities

As an International Passenger Service Staff member, you will provide a wide range of passenger support services within the airport, assisting travelers during departure and arrival.

Your responsibilities include:

• Check-in services (passport verification, ticket issuance, and baggage check-in)
• Departure services (assisting passengers in the departure lobby and at boarding gates)
• Arrival services (guiding arriving passengers and assisting with baggage claim)
• Transfer services (assisting passengers connecting through Narita Airport to other destinations)
• Baggage services (baggage claim assistance, baggage tracing, and handling lost baggage inquiries)
• Interpretation and translation services
• Other passenger service duties as required

🛫 Qualifications

Required

• Vocational school diploma, college degree, or higher
• Minimum of 1 year of airport passenger service experience
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred

• TOEIC score of 550 or above, or proficiency in multiple languages
• Comfortable communicating in English

Priority Consideration

• Applicants currently residing in Japan
• Holders of a valid Working Holiday Visa
