The main duties are to assist customers with wheelchairs and other special needs.
1. Arrival and departure assistance
We'll help you get from check-in to the gate, and upon arrival, through immigration and baggage claim.
2. Boarding and deplaning assistance
We'll help you safely board and disembark the plane using specialized equipment.
3. Assistance in the terminal
We'll help you move around the terminal, find your connecting flight, and get you to your destination.
