Salary

Experienced applicants: ¥230,000 and up (Determined after consultation based on experience)
Inexperienced applicants: ¥210,000 and up

(¥200,000 for the first 6 months after joining)

*Overtime pay is paid separately.

Bonuses: Twice a year (for employees with at least one year of service, based on company performance).
Salary increase: Once a year (based on performance and evaluation).
Night shift allowance: 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Laundry allowance: ¥3,000/month.
Meal allowance: ¥10,000/month.
Position allowance: ¥10,000-¥80,000/month (paid to eligible individuals).
Commuting allowance: Transportation expenses paid within a monthly range of ¥30,000.
Housing allowance: ¥20,000-¥30,000/month.
Family allowance: ¥5,000/month.

*Children under the age of 18 are considered dependents under health insurance (up to three).

Holidays and vacations

Holidays: 8-10 days/month.
Paid vacation (10 days paid after six months of employment, followed by paid vacation as required by law).
Maternity leave.
Childcare leave.

Other

Complete social insurance (health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance).
Employee dormitory: Available. *Narita Airport only
